MEET YOUR INSTRUCTOR
I’m Laura Rankin, an NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Stretching and Flexibility Coach with a love for science and movement! With a degree in Biology, my training blends science with mindful movement to build strength, increase flexibility, improve mobility, expand body awareness and foster mental resilience. My mission is to help you cultivate a growth mindset and discover your own strength—inside and out!
My journey started with dance in high school, and it’s taken me to new heights—literally! Since 2015, I’ve mastered the strength and artistry of aerial silks, aerial yoga, aerial hammock, lyra and pole dancing. I also practice contortion, where I love pushing the boundaries of what my body can achieve, constantly testing new limits of flexibility and control both in the air and on the ground.
